Congress Registration

Registration is currently closed until a new date and location are confirmed. Individuals already registered for the congress originally scheduled for June 2020 will be contacted regarding a refund of fees paid. Those who have already reserved rooms at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown should contact the hotel to cancel their reservations.

Registration for Safety Congress 2020 includes the following:

  • Welcome reception on Monday evening
  • Keynote and plenary talks
  • Breakout sessions
  • Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
  • Dinner on Tuesday

Attendees are required to register, and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events.

Company Discount

Groups of five or more individuals from the same facility attending one seminar will receive a discount per person. All registrations must be received together along with payment to qualify. Not applicable with any other discount.


If you must cancel, please email a notice of cancellation to Shannon Kiley at and a refund will be issued. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event are non-refundable. If you would like to send a substitute, a new registration form must be faxed for that person, indicating the replaced person on the form.

Meeting Policies

Anti-Harassment Policy
In all activities, all organizers are committed to providing a professional environment free of harassment, disrespectful behavior, or other unprofessional conduct. The organizers require all attendees to abide by the Anti-Harassment Policy.

Photography and Recording Policy
The organizers reserve the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations. By registering for this conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by organizing personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on organizers’ publications and websites, and on social media sites.

Any recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of the organizers and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session.

Dietary Requests
The organizers will work with the meeting facility/hotel to meet attendee dietary requests, provided staff is informed of the special request at least 24 hours in advance of the request. Please indicate dietary restrictions when registering.

The meeting and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English.

All meeting fees are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
